Our service provider called ahead to ask if he could come early. We were very happy about this as we had a 12:00 to 4:00 window. He was polite and addressed us with respect. He proceeded to service our heating system. After completing this service he showed us some recommendations to help with heating efficiency. Asked how we liked the ion air cleaning system we had added. We told him we had no dust on our furniture since adding the system as well as having no viruses. This was money well spent to improve the air quality in our home. When we book our spring service for our air conditioning we will ask for Mike.
