Cleaned and serviced both condensing systems. Changed both customer provided furnace filters. Tested all mechanical components. Checked r410 refrigerant levels in both. Washed both systems out of cottonwood. Both systems are at accurate efficiency range and condition. Both systems are clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. * Customer renewed member maintenance plans for both systems.(2). Using one visit from each for todays ac visits, and customer will have both fall/furnace visits for both systems remaining for 2025 seasons. ** Customer was hearing a slight hum when only the fan is on for air circulation. He wanted he fan turned down however the board wouldn’t go below fan speed setting 03. Therefore ordering new control board under warranty and no labor charge due to being under a year old from install in December by me.(Brennon) Replaced control board. Returning for warranty.
