Septic drain clogged. Septic tank just pumped out. The main septic sewer line going towards the tank was blocked. Pulled the toilet on the first-floor powder room and rodded from there. Hit the blockage about 25’ out, and the system opened. Reset the toilet and flushed both toilets numerous times with no issues. Everything is cleaned up and working as it should. I can only assume that because of the septic tank being full, it did not allow toilet paper to run out of line and became stuck in the system prior to the tank. I let the customer know that it is common to have drain-cleaning issues after the tank is pumped out.
