Commercial heating repair. In dorm #2, I found a fuse blown on the power switch that controls the pump. Need to get into thermostat-locked boxes. Nobody knows where the keys are. The pump does work for dorm 2 when jumped. Got access to the thermostats, turned them both up; they were set to 70, and the pumps all started working. The office registers both started heating up, and the thermostat in the lower girls' dorm changed batteries; it started heating up as well. The two thermostats in dorm one, the left one controls the pump and dorm, too, which therefore controls, I believe, the registers in the offices next to dorm two, while the other thermostat controls the registers in the maintenance area behind dorm one/laundry room. Boilers are only getting to 155° before they hit the limit and reset. Will add a boiler tune-up kit.
