The service that Duane provided was absolutely outstanding!! Friendly, courteous, and PROMPT!! My husband and I live well off the beaten path and he was never late - not once! He fixed my washing machine and even played fetch with my dog while waiting for me to finish a work call!!! That's what I call service!!!!
