Second call to Appliance Works, this time our LG clothes washer was on the fritz. Riley came out, listened to the machine, said the drain pump was bad, had one in the truck, take thirty minutes to fix. Twenty minutes later he had the unit fixed and was walking out the door. Being an "older" service tech has its advantages. Us 'old guys' know our stuff!
