Our technician, Cristina C, arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about our issue. She performed proper diagnostics to determine the cause of our oven not working and ordered the part on site. A few days later, Cristina C, returned to our home with the part and ran through additional tests after installing it to make sure that the oven worked correctly.
