Recently I phoned Appliance Works Main Office and spoke with Bobbie. What an amazing person! I discussed my issues and she had a Technician out that very same day. This little gal is remarkable. A wonderful personality, fun to talk to and she knows her job, yet very professional. She subsequently had a technician out to review my problem (the same day) and out came Daniel. "Appliance Works" ! They are the very best advertisement this company could ever have. Both of these individuals are professional and know their jobs and appliances. After Daniel inspected our appliance and determined our problems, he had the parts ordered and that same afternoon, the office phoned and scheduled him to return to install them. Daniel was prompt on the day of service. This man had our refrigerator back in operation in a "New York Minute", working as if it was brand new. He then took the time to walk us through the necessary steps to ensure a total system flush and how to deal with the new unit. Professional, enthusiastic, fun to visit with but moreover, He knows his job and how to do it with alacrity and confidence. We are extremely pleased with Daniel, Bobbie and Appliance Works. The cost of repair was far less expensive than we had imagined: fair and reasonable along with a "Top Notch" job. Thank You !
