Matthew showed up on time and was very polite. I requested service on both my washing machine and the icemaker in my refrigerator. He diagnosed the problems with both machines quickly and repaired the washer. I appreciated the fact that because of the cost of the parts it made more sense for me to replace my refrigerator and to repair it that there was no pressure to do the repairs.
