Ricky P. is great at communicating when he will arrive, is great at explaining in detail what the problem is, the solution/repair that will be done, and the cost as well as the amount of time it will take. He had the replacement parts needed on his truck and the repair was completed as he had explained and in the time frame he specified. He is professional, courteous, efficient, and he knows his job very well! He also left the work space and my kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived, everything neatly put away.
