**MUST HANG BOTH SIGNS, THEY ARE AT THE ADAMS SHOP ** MUST HAVE PERMIT WITH DRAWING, IT IS AT THE ADAMS SHOP MUST TAKE A 9-VOLT BATTERY HORN/STROBE WITH YOU FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION Final Inspection Building Department 201-796-1457 Ext 601, scheduled Final with Doreen (office staff) Inspector will be: Steve On site set up time: 7am Inspection Time: 9-12pm 1/9/2023 Left additional 110v horn strobe to be connected by electrician to system. Tested shutdown for exhaust fan found to be working properly. Customer to test horn strobe activation and call when completed. GW 1/9/22 On site contact: Kevin 201-800-4546 Bring PCI-35 & Pci-17 Air test bottle
Confirmed with Kevin for 8:30. Need to bring Horn strobe to be wired in by electrician. 1 is already onsite, bring a second just in case. . Be prepared to complete any finishes on system if needed. to be ready for final. Additional payment is required once system is ready for final inspection
