Springs broke and they were able to come out the next morning. Tech was professional - had the springs replaced within an hour. Also replaced the bottom seal (over 25 years old - yikes!), tightened the motor chain, replaced rollers and lubricated everything. It’s more quiet now than when it was new. Signed up for maintenance plan as I hadn’t done much of anything in 10 years. Highly recommend - seems their pricing is fair and clearly a professional outfit.
