Shaun showed up promptly and I explained how the power outage caused by last night’s storm had interfered with my garage door opening by remote control. He was able to open the door and make sure there was nothing wrong with the Liftmaster, and he made sure that everything was in perfect working order. This is the second time he has been both professional and friendly while performing a necessary service on my garage door. I will definitely ask for him the next time I need any repair service.
