Alf, who installed my replacement garage door 2 years ago, was available to do a service call the day after I called! Very personable man! After he’d serviced the door, rollers, etc., he began working to get the myQ app functioning—it has never done so reliably. He spent a very long time, finally having to give up on what he termed “a 5-minute job.” I don’t believe it was due to his lack of ability, but apparently something to do w/my Spectrum internet connection. My computer/electrical engineer son will have to deal w/it—when he has time. Alf gave me the number to contact if my son needs additional help to get it working.
