I called on a Sunday afternoon when our garage door spring had broken. I expected to get an answering machine and was surprised when I was told to leave my phone number for a return call. I received a phone call 5 minutes later. The person on the other end of the line was courteous and scheduled a repairman to come out at 10:00 the next morning.
