Mr. Williams, I’m very sorry that you feel like the service provided didn’t meet your expectations. Our technician was at your property for 30 minutes. He presented the $99.00 door tune up and $89.00 opener tune with our service fee for a total amount of $223.00, not $243.00. The estimate was presented to you, agreed upon and signed for prior to our technician performing the work. Again, I’m sorry that you felt there wasn’t more value for the money spent however 30 minutes is more than an adequate allotted time to perform comprehensive maintenance on the door and opener.
