Hello Action Garage Door Repair, Shaun O'Hara was a true professional on the day of repair (6/13). He came by with his son and made sure a quality repair was done for my garage door for which one of the torsion springs had broken. Since it was a heavy commercial grade wooden type of garage door that required special components to properly support it in addition to replacing the torsion springs, he made those upgrades along with the repair after explaining it to me. He did offer some cheaper alternatives, but he recommended it best to go for the quality options for longevity and I agreed. I appreciate that he didn't shortcut anything and the entire repair was well done. He even provided some of the components free of cost since the overall repair was going to be very expensive ($3000+). His son lubricated my garage door and allowed me to record it on video so that I could follow the process later on my own. They were truly helpful.
