Nate did an excellent job. He was great about answering questions and educating me on how to take care of my garage doors in the future. He also explained how everything on the doors works. For example, I never knew the springs should be lubricated every six months ( I did know to lubricate the rollers and tighten all bolts), or how to see if the spring tension was set correctly, or that the spring size is determined based on the weight of the doors, or that shorter springs had more lifting power and longer springs has more lift cycles, or that my particular remotes had a cycle counter. My broken spring had 12,799 cycles on it compared to expected life cycle of 10,000. Nate was so impressive that I had him also replace the springs on a second door that only had 7,013 cycles even though it would probably have been several years before it needed it. Overall, 5 star service.
