Vester was very prompt, located the problem(s) and provided options for repair/repalce which was appreciated. Someone who takes pride in a good outcome is easy to spot but hard to find. Having both confidence and long standing knowledge in any undertaking is apparent and would not hesitate to refer others. In fact I already have :)
