Jose was very nice and did a good job. Very experienced. However, I will say that the companies pricing is outrageous. Just to set the door back on the tracks and reset the cables was over $350. No parts were used only adjustments. It took less than an hour to fix. Outrageously expensive. I don't think I'll be using your company again.

Richard, I'm very sorry that you feel that way. It was actually $291.00 after our service fee, not $350.00. Please understand that Jose has been doing this for 20 years and because of that he is very quick and efficient. If I was out there I would still be working on it three days later. I have shopped the price we charge for a door off track and it is very competitive so we do hope that you'll do the same to confirm that. We certainly do not want to lose your business.
