Had an emergency with my garage door late in the afternoon. The door could not be closed due to a cable coming off. Contacted Action Garage and explained me situation and that I needed the door fixed immediately due to the fact that it would not close. They advised me of the fee for emergency service and told me that they would contact their service agents who were still out in the field and see if one of them could come and fix my door. I was contacted back by the Action Door Rep and told that someone would be there after completing a job down in Dallas. Approximately one and a half hours later was told that service person was on their way. Service agent soon arrived and identified my problems and after my acceptance of the work to be done, the work was performed. The service agent was very thorough and was able to make my door operate as good as new.
