Excellent? Yes! It took Juan only a minute to see the problem. He ordered a part and picked it up. He was back in less than 30 minutes and had the door fixed in another 30 minutes. Juan is knowledgeable in his field and a very personable young man. He also tightened the chain and checked the entire system. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend Action!
