CUSTOMER STATED: Water heater is leaking water. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern of a leaking water heater. When i arrived I found a leaking 50 gallon short electric water heater located in the garage of the home. Water heater has heavy corrosion coming from both upper and lower heating panels. Expansion tank is currently defective. Water pressure is outside of code reading above 80 PSI. Customer stated they currently have hot water, although the water heater is leaking. In case of damage to water heater wiring caused from water, I recommend doing a full water heater replacement, as well as replace pressure regulating valve located in garage to from prevent any further concerns to occur to the distribution system of the home. While on site the customer also made me aware of their water bill being $1500 last month and asked if I could locate the other issues. After investigating, I do believe the customer have an exterior leak due to water meter dial co
