This is a complimentary estimate for My Georgia Plumber to provide and install a 50 gallon natural gas water heater. This estimate includes basic code requirements and once the new unit is installed and tested, we will haul away the old heater for disposal. Called out for issue with water heater. Found 40 gallon natural gas water heater in basement laundry with an internal leak. Tank was purchase scratch n dent so there no manufacture’s warranty and Constellation does not cover failed leaking tank. Will put together estimate for replacement
Service estimate to rebuild moen positemp shower valve in upstairs hall bathroom Customer stated upstairs hall bathroom shower runs constantly and the master bathroom toilet runs constantly Found upstairs hall bathroom moen positemp shower running constantly. Home owner has lived in the home 17 years and has never had an issue with the shower before. The master bathroom toilet flapper chain was not adjusted at all allowing the chain to slip under flapper. Adjusted flapper chain as a courtesy and replaced moen positemp shower cartridge. Noticed the handle was slightly cracked on the shower handle. Made customer aware of the crack before working on it. She said she would likely just go pick one up at Home Depot to replace if it broke. After reassembling the shower no more leaks were found and handle worked fine. No further issues were detected at the house. Job is completed.
CUSTOMER STATED: clogged tub, leaking upstairs shower , and su,p pump leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a shower leaking but only due to failed grout and caulking home owner will need to redo caulking and grout , clogged tub will need to run hand snake for clearing if possible and leaking sump pump will need to submit for parts and labor replacement RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: as of today will need get with Katrina to submit for parts and labor replacement of the sump pump , and will talk to mike or santos on the tub drain possibly having back fall due to me running a 25 foot pistol snake and having no way to clear issue couldn’t find hair either . Will have to reschedule the whole home inspection customer just had floors redone and has stuff everywhere Customer would not give access to other bathroom and stated there was more in that bathroom than the other It is customers responsibility to call back in and reschedule the whole home inspection Customer stated that the kitchen faucet was dripping Looked for makers mark and couldn’t find one Gave customer price to replace the faucet in the kitchen Customer accepted the price to provide there own faucet Presser on house was 50 psi Customer had us wait on the, to get the faucet Once customer had faucet we installed kitchen faucet And checked for leaks There are no leaks at this time Job complete

Called out for sink not draining. Found break room sink not draining. 1 1/2” copper coming out of wall. Regular small sewer machine couldn’t make it through the line. Used closet auger to clear sludge blockage 3.5’-4’ down trap arm. Reconnected drain, ran water, and tested with no further issues at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED : There is a exterior water leak in the front yard. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for a free estimate regarding a exterior water leak located in the front yard. Large amounts of water are near tree in front yard giving indication of a clear exterior water line leak. When I arrived on site Mr. Baker stated they have found someone else that they would like to fix the exterior leak. Per mr . Baker the leak is supposed to be fixed tomorrow by a different contractor. RESOLUTION : No work completed today. Customers no longer are interested in receiving services from my Georgia plumber Customer did not want to make signatures since no work was completed by us. This is an estimate to replace existing cartridge in master bathroom shower. Shower is a single handle delta Dwellborn return trip Replaced cartridge and tested. Job is completed Shoe cover leaked slightly and mud got on the carpet in the house. Helped home owner clean carpet as best we could. Home owner was satisfied with the help.

Customer stated: water heater still not working. Technician notes: upon arrival found 14 year old 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the garage, heater was not lighting and staying lit, it is believed that the gas control valve has failed, due to the age of the heater it is our recommendation to choice and the customer to replace the heater. CUSTOMER STATED: they had a garbage disposal not working. TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at a garbage disposal not working. While on site I checked the reset button and break and found all electricals were working. The garbage disposal is not jammed either which makes the disposal motor is fried. The disposal an insinkerator pro 17 with the extended collar. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: we will need to replace the garbage disposal in the kitchen. JOB NOTES: could not locate clean out.
