Customer stated: they had a leak in the hallway ceiling firm the guest bathroom above. Tech notes: called out today to look at a leak in the ceiling. While on site I found the leak was below the guest bathroom bath tub on the second level. I ran water and found the leak was coming from the over flow gasket in the bathtub. Resolution: I tightened the over flow to secure the over flow to the tub. After doing so I turned water on and tested to find no further leaks or drips. Job status: complete.
TECHNICIAN NOTES: drained, disconnected and removed existing water heater. Installed new 50 gallon constellation supplied water heater, new expansion tank and shut off valve. Filled heater and turned on with no leaks or failures.
garbage disposal is not working. Upon inspection found disposal blades stuck. No foreign objects were found inside disposals. I unjammed the disposal blades.
I inspected a 7-year-old Rheem 50-gallon natural gas water heater in the basement, which is out of warranty. The unit is leaking internally and needs replacement. Both the main and water heater shut-off valves are also leaking, and the failed thermal expansion tank puts the unit out of code.
Gas company said he has a gas leak. Tested all gas fittings and gas line from meter to further fixture; no sign of gas leak at this time.
Out today for complementary whole home inspection for member. Customer stated no plumbing issues and none were found.
The homeowner reported water under the kitchen sink despite having it remounted and sealed. When splashing water around the faucet, it began dripping into the cabinet.

Found the leak in the garage ceiling is coming from the guest bathroom toilet when flushed it leaks into the garage ceiling from the wax ring. The toilet was rocking very badly.
We repaired gas leak under fireplace and we also installed customer supplied tub spout in basement bathroom
The kitchen sink drain is leaking upon inspection found that undermount kitchen sink is coming loose and is not sealed properly.
Found the water heater's T&P valve dumping. Turned off the water and replaced the valve. Checked house pressure at 170 psi, replaced PRV, and found no other leaks or issues.
Commercial plumbing service. We spent a very long time at the business and did a very thorough search. We checked the ceiling and opened up drywall and tested all that was exposed. This water is not coming from this businesses plumbing. I feel it’s coming from above and seeping over to under flooring
Customer States: Rehab home that will be turned into rental home. Needs a couple things addressed. Needs master bathroom shower valve replaced along with both LAV faucets. Needs kitchen faucet with new disposal in the upstairs kitchen. Needs new LAV faucet in basement bathroom. Needs rough in for potential basement kitchen. Technician Notes: Basement kitchen rough in will need to be on the back side of the laundry room. This area would make the most sense due to existing drain and water lines in wall. Customer was proposing kitchen be on exterior wall which would require much more work. Master shower valve has access via bedroom wall for replacement. LAV faucets are standard 4” center set. Kitchen faucet can be single handle with base plate. Standard disposal. Resolution: Built estimate and went over with manager. Job Notes: Safety inspection not complete.
