CUSTOMER STATED: they had a rocking toilet and 2 leaking faucets TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today on a 2nd opinion to look at 2 leaking faucets and a rocking toilet. While on site I found the toilet in the basement is rocking causing little stability. In the hall bathroom on the main level home owner had a leaking lavatory faucet. In the master bathroom home owner has a loose leaking garden tub faucet. While performing a minor inspection I found the prv is leaking and the thermal expansion tank is failed. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I replaced the hall bathroom lavatory cartridge, prv, thermal expansion tank with it mounted, and replaced flange in basement bathroom. JOB NOTES: I still need to call in for Autho on garden tub faucet. I ran out of time and still have 1 more job to get to. This will need to be a return trip.
