The indoor unit for the right side of the house (above the garage) - has the reversing valve wired up into the b terminal on the furnace board. This was causing a heat relay to be engaged and had the unit in a look out. I corrected the wiring and cleared the faults. The unit to the left side did not have a jumper between w1&w2 . I checked and confirmed thermostat programming. Both systems are currently heating at correctly and thermostats are set on 63 degrees in heat mode.
