Warranty, parts, and labor Installed new condenser fan motor for main level system outdoor unit. Tested system operations with new motor. System is operating properly.
Performed maintenance on 2 heat pump systems and 1 mini split system. Replaced customer provided 16x20x5 filters. Checked all components and refrigerant to both systems. Upstairs system is working properly and efficiently. The main floor system has a bad outdoor fan motor and is ordered from apex. I have the main floor thermostat set to emergency heat to have some sort of heat until fan motor is replaced, will need to switch it back to normal heating. Mini split system now has clean washable filters and is operating properly.
Completed 3 system cooling maintenance. Replaced provided filters and washed filter for the mini split. I checked all electrical components and cleared drains on all indoor units. I checked charge,checked all electrical components and cleaned outdoor units. Systems are currently oolong at manufacturers specifications.
Upon arrival, customer made me aware that the unit had been working. Checked operation and refrigerant levels and mini split operating normally. Told customer if it happens again to give us a call.
Warranty new construction Inspected operations of furnace and furnace blower motor. Ran each zone separately and at this time the system is operating normally. Photos of model numbers and serial numbers are uploaded just in case the ECM blower motor has an intermittent issue and the code that was present this morning for filter change reoccurs. If motor cannot run code reappears after installation of new filters and adjustments at thermostat made today Reoccurs in a short period of time at that point replacement of furnace blower motor would be recommended.

Compressor is ok, pumping normally. Indoor and outdoor temperatures today are below 60° 58° inside. Refrigerant charge really should be checked when ambient temperatures are above 75°. Gas meter is Not set. Gas valve is turned on and shut off valves are open so once gas is supplied furnace will be able to operate. We also verified zoning is correct. Material list is uploaded for kitchen vent hood. We had made material list for running straight out the back wall underneath the top window. However Jason wants to go out the roof with a turtle shell back type vent. Homeowner is going to cut crown molding for vent hood installation. 60’ 8” pipe 4 8 inch 90° elbows and 8 inch Turtleback roof cap
Warranty- hooked up 8” return in basement, added armor flex to refrigerant lines in basement, added a bird screen for flu, left grilles and filters for customer (he didn’t want me to install grilles), added caps for AC, added foam blocks to drain line, and vacuumed and started up system. However compressor is not pumping. I will be ordering one from apex. Gas meter is also not installed yet so I was unable to start the heat. Pics and video uploaded

I performed a cooling maintenance on two heat pump air handler I replaced both 16x20x5 filters homeowner supplied I checked all electrical components and checked the temp drops and cleaned both drain lines and I checked the Freon levels and checked the capacitors everything is in good working order at this time. And one mini split I checked all components and cleaned the filters it is in good working order at this time.
