Warranty, new construction Customer completed CCM form extending labor warranty. Technician found wiring issue at zone panel, preventing proper operation of master bedroom zone. Made corrections and system is now operating properly.. Also performed maintenance on equipment replacing both filters. Treating drain lines. Added the SS2 float switches. Main level system uses a 20 x 25 x 5 filter. The master bedroom/upstairs office system uses a 16 x 25 x 5 filter. Uploaded photos of all equipment.
Inspected rooftop systems to try to locate water leaks found roof drains believe not to be connected correctly causing water to leak through walls and ceilings could not find any reason from the HVAC to cause leaks
