Upon arrival performed maintenance on hvac unit. Opened up entire system and washed outdoor coils. Found coils to be pretty dirty. Washed down system. Tested secondary motor control, in range. Refrigerant levels are good. Amperages throughout system in range. Client will purchase in surge and place it on system. Client is purchasing own filters. Dusted off all electrical components, waxed furnace unit. Condensation pump in working order, system was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
