I performed a heating maintenance today on a Lennox furnace. The customer had changed out the filter themselves. All electrical components and safety switches, including the blower motor tested in range. The flame sensor was dirty, so I cleaned it. The system static pressure was slightly over of the manufacturers rating, we discussed how ductwork can affect this. We also discussed air purification via the phenomenal aire. I left a brochure for him and his wife to look over. Upon departure the system is fully operational with an optimal temperature differential.
