I performed a maintenance today on an AC pro condenser and a Comfort Pro furnace. This property featured complete system surge protection, air purification and a communicative thermostat. Refrigerant pressures were normal and the system operates uninterrupted with optimal temperature differentials in both heating and cooling mode. All electrical components including the blower motor and the compressor tested in their ranges. I cleaned the outdoor coil as it had dirt build up and replaced the return air filter with a customer provided filter. I have forwarded a digital copy of the report to the email associated with the account.
