Performed heating maintenance, cleaned ignitor and flame sensor. Blew out condensate trap and drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections. Cycled circulators started boiler, tested limit and safety switches, measured fuel pressures. Performed combustion test. Checked boiler pressure and temperature. Need to set up an appointment for a ductless mini split for the basement.
