Fantastic job from start to finish!!!

This company added a heating and cooling system to our second floor. They were very professional and so easy to work with. They came up with a great HVAC system for our major home renovation. Their work was excellent and they tailored the stages of the job to work perfectly with the other professionals who were here working as well. Their workers are very polite and clean up meticulously. My husband and I are really pleased and impressed with the job they completed.

We will install a new return duct in the hallway wall and run a new duct to connect to the main return in basement and pan off the necessary area to connect. We will relocate the 2 supply registers on the first floor in the kitchen area and connect to the main supply duct. The airflow to each register will be measured. We will run new ducting for the dehumidifier to connect the dehumidifier to the existing duct system. Tees will be installed with dampers so the airflow can be adjusted to pull air from the basement or the main house. We will install a new supply duct for the first floor laundry room/bathroom that will be a wall type register and run a new duct in the basement and connect with a collar with balancing damper.

Discussed with customer issues with Honeywell steam humidifier that is mounted remotely in laundry room and piped to central system in attic. Measured humidity at thermostat at 58% and thermostat reading 45%, need to recheck at time of maintenance to confirm reading. Unit is wired to only come on when heat is on. Customer would like price for new Aprilaire steam humidifier and service plan and checking out Honeywell steam humidifier for obvious signs of problems and wiring. Informed customer we can check Honeywell humidifier as a courtesy if he starts service plan.

Performed Precision Heating Tune Ups on the 3 Heat Pump Systems, the High Efficiency Boiler, the Gas Furnace, and the Mini Split Heat Pump system which supplies the two children's bedrooms. All Air Filters were changed and the Air Filters on the Mini Split Units were cleaned. Serviced the two Humdifiers and tested operation. All Dampers are open and both Humidistat controls are set to the recommended level 5. Checked Refrigerant Charge and Auxilary Heat on the Heat Pump Systems. Put Systems in Forced Defrost to ensure they were switching over properly. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace and Boiler. Found the Air Handler for System 2 which is in the Basement crawl space had growth and mold forming inside of it and on the Wiring. Possible solutions could be to install an Air Scrubber Air Purifier into the system. The 3 Air Handlers and the Propane Furnace all are equipped with ECM Blower Motors. A safety enhancement to these systems would be to install ECM Motor Surge Protectors.

Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Ups on the 4 Central Air Systems and the 3 Ductless Split Systems. Replaced the 3 High Efficiency 213 Air Filters and the 16x25x1 Air Filter. Cleaned the Air Filters and Indoor Coils on all the Indoor Ductless Systems. Checked Electrical Components on the Indoor and Outdoor Units for all Systems. Cleaned all Drain Lines and Condensation Pumps. Filled Condensation Pumps and tested to ensure they were pumping properly. Turned Humidifier Dampers to the Closed Position and turned off the Humidistat Controls for the Season. Measured Refrigerant Charge on all systems. Due to Ductless Systems having a Critical Charge the refirgerant Charge was not measured. Found the two systems for the Main part of the 1st Floor of the House were slightly low on refrigerant. Subcooling was 3 Degrees or below for both Systems. Added 2 lbs of 410-A to each system, Charging by subcooling. Subcooling was raised to recommended levels after adjusting Refrigerant. All syste
