The service was great! They did a great job and I was explained how to work the system
Barry was very professional and was aware of keeping his feet clean on his trips to his truck and back into the house. He did a thorough job with both our heating systems and gave me some pointers on thermostat settings.
great guys who knew their stuff and promptly found problem
Kurt came to repair my heating system. He was prompt, courteous, and resolved the issue we were having with our heating/ cooling system.
He and dave did great professional job and explained everything we asked
This company added a heating and cooling system to our second floor. They were very professional and so easy to work with. They came up with a great HVAC system for our major home renovation. Their work was excellent and they tailored the stages of the job to work perfectly with the other professionals who were here working as well. Their workers are very polite and clean up meticulously. My husband and I are really pleased and impressed with the job they completed.
Completed AC tune up for 2 ton Bryant/Carrier AC system Cleaned custom filter Inspected condition of both the indoor and outdoor coil Measured temperature split (52-75 = 23°Good) and static pressure Ensured drains were clear. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components including fan speeds. Discussed and left email estimates for surge protectors. Verified integrity of compressor motors using megaohmeter. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics: Good System is operating well at the time of AC tune up.
Completed (2)plan AC tune ups First Floor system 5 Tons Second floor 2.5 Tons Replaced 20x20x1 filter for attic syste (ceiling return grill) Basement washable filter ok For BOTH Systems: Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components: Homeowner asked that I install an Ecobee Pro for the first floor system. Completed work today including connecting thermostat to Wifi and registering thermostat. Thermostat and room sensor are connected to app. Set electric heat lockout to 38°F Inspected drains Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected condition of both the indoor and the outdoor coil. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics for both systems: Good Both systems operating well at the time of tune up. Homeowner paid for Ecobee Pro thermostat install today.
Just looking for options to add air-conditioning of window units. Customer has a peculiar house but I’m gonna put together some options and email to them.
Took measurements to prepare proposal.
AC Tune Up for 4 Ton Trane AC system: Replaced 20x22x1 Filter Measured temperature split. Measured static pressure. Cleared trap and tested pump. Checked all wiring, controls, electric motors and components: found weak 7.5uF capacitor at outdoor unit. Recommended replacing weak capacitor. Homeowner agreed. Replaced capacitor. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Recommend plan membership for 2.5 Ton American standard system. Emailed estimate.
Checked no cooling on first floor air conditioner, found burnt wires and a failed dual run capacitor. Checked second floor air conditioner, found air conditioner low on charge and is r22 refrigerant. Explained the r22 has been phased out and the only option is to replace the system. Recommend replacing systems due to age and condition.
Performed cooling maintenance, replaced air filter. Cleaned condensate drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started heat pump, checked refrigerant charge. Checked operation and temperature drop across coil.
Performed cooling maintenance, replaced air filter. Cleaned eztrap and drain. Shut off humidifier for summer. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge. Checked operation and temperature drop across coil.
Performed QA on Amana Gas Furnace installation. Completed checklist form in system. Tested system in Heating and measured Combustion, Gas Pressures, and static. Tested operation of existing humidifier and found humidifier panel very dirty. Informed homeowner that this needs to be serviced before next winter. Also spoke to homeowner about condition and age of Water Heater. There is a lot of rust and corrosion on the top of Water Heater. He said we have already provided a quote for the replacement of the water heater. This install passed the QA: no corrections were needed, guys are doing a good job!
Ripped out old 90% natty gas’s furnace and braced up ac coil with drive slid old furnace out and slid new 90% furnace in same place re attached Return duct and made supply transition in between furnace and coil, reattached PVC 2 inch venting to new heater reattached three-quarter inch PVC drain line installed new condensation pump on isolation pads and tested wired and pump in the series, also hooked back up humidifier installed one T6 thermostat and program taped and seal all holes tested for gas leaks found no bubbles at time of completion, tied in horizontal drain kit and pumped into condensate pump adjusted gas pressures and set up dip switches set cfm airflow to D 2-1/2 ton ac unit, install new vinyl tubing ran tubing to inside on sewer pipe with barb fittings and hose clamp on both ends tested for leaks,
We came out for a no heat call and system was in lockout, when previous tech cleaned the flame sensor the burners were not put back in correctly, removed and put back in correctly and system is working correctly at this time.
Checked no heat complaint, found furnace locked out on failed to light. Reset lockout. Started furnace, furnace started and ran. Checked flame sensor, cleaned sensor. Cycled furnace, found no reason for lock out.
Replace heat exchanger, check all electrical connections, Perform combustion analysis, purge boiler of air. Test operations of system. Boiler is working fine at time of service.
