Maintenance Plan Renewal 2021-2022 AC Tune Up 3 Ton Ducane R22 system with piston. Replaced filter. Ran system to find TD of 13F. Verified that neither high airflow nor dirty condenser were problems. Low superheat low TD indicates system is undercharged. Relative humidity 57.5% Considering that system is PSC with one Cooling blower speed and it is undercharged system will underperform. Searched for leaks in lineset using bubbles; no leaks present. Options are to charge system using superheat method with R-22 informing Mrs. Higgins that a leak is present and it is costly to replace either coil of an R-22 system or to replace the system. The Lavertys decided to renew plan.
