100% satisfied with the install by Dave and Andrew

Our scheduled install was to begin between 8 and 10am. The gentlemen arrived a bit after 8 and immediately got to work. From covering their shoes with whatever you call those things...paper booties, to laying down tarps throughout my home, this install was top notch. They said they would be there until maybe 4 pm, but sometime a little after 3, and this includes waiting for a correct part to be delivered, the men were gone and you had little idea they had been there. We had a thorough explanation of what they did, how to service the unit (what we could), and how to get back with them in case there was a problem. They were respectful of our home, and property. My wife and I both work from home and would have a hard time knowing a complete HVAC system was being replaced. I candidly think they left my area where they did the install cleaner than they found it. For what we spent, yes, you would expect top-notch service, but this was quite a bit more than we expected. From showing up on time, well dressed, respectable, diligent about getting to work, personable, educational, and professional, all the marks were hit. When we need to have our other system replaced in the next year or so to come, not only will we use DIbiase again, but we will request these two technicians as well....even if one is a Michigan fan. :)

Arrived to a no ac call, went ahead and turned system on, put gauges on and checked temperature split, only had 15° split, pressures were low which is a sign of the system having a leak. Recommend due to age and efficiency and potential repair costs.

Arrived to find water under the inducer, could see watermarks coming from the exhaust boot, found hose clamp secured on he underside of the boot which allows for water to leak out. Removed inducer checked gasket to the collector box found gasket to be in great shape. Repositioned hose clamp to be secured on the top side of the boot. This should stop the system from leaking at the boot.

System was flashing both lights at the same time which is standard operation call for heat. System would light off but shortly after it would lose flame. Flame sensor is good. System would stay lit if the burner box door was off or intake pipe was disconnected at a coupling. System is not getting enough air for combustion and is snuffing itself out. There is a blockage in the 3in intake pipe that needs to be cleared. This is unrelated to previous call of changing burners and flame sensor.

Arrived to do ac maintenance, checked thermostat for operation, checked temperature split, checked blower motor amp draw and capacitor, checked compressor amp draw, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor, checked refrigerant pressures. Took photos of ductwork to see if there is a way to modify it for better filtration, currently has a 20x20 and two 14x14 returns on the first floor that all have filters in them, no filters down at the unit.
