They did a great job troubleshooting for possible future problems
Routine check but all went well, as expected.
Great job. Personable and enthused professional.
Bryan was very professional and thorough.
Performed precision heat tune on Lennox gas furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Checked all electrical conections and components. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service.
Performed heat tune up, during visit customer informed heat would not come on during last weekend, found open igniter, replace igniter noticed control board always sending 120 volts to igniter during call for heat, that’s the cause why igniter went, quoted for new board and also upgraded to 120 volts igniter, customer ok with repair, installed new board and 120 igniter, clean sensor and check gas pressures ok combustion test cycle heater ok furnace running ok Now,
Performed precision heat tune up on Payne gas furnace. Homeowner to replace 14x14x1 air filter and 20x20x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Blew out condensate drain. Adjusted gas pressures and performed combustion test. Also found 2to3†reducer installed incorrectly, recommended changing fittings. Gas furnace is working fine at time of service. Found 2x3†reducer horizontally installed and is a water trap
Performed precision heat tune up on Lennox gas furnace. 16x25x1 air filter is clean. Blew out condensate drain. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure. Performed combustion test. Also cleaned flame sensor. Found thermostat is not working correctly and needs replaced, homeowner to replace at this time. Lennox gas furnace is working fine at time of service.
Water leak coming from ac indoor coil, inspect drain and flushed drain ok, no problem with drain, check filter ok check refrigerant pressures, customer had compressor replaced this summer and was converted to R438A refrigerant slightly different pressure differential, new compressor is rated at 45 degree coil temp, check super heat and subccoling 200/55 with 30 superheat and 11 subccoling calculated target superheat, target is 12 with outdoor temp and indoor wetbul temperature relation, system is low in refrigerant
Performed ac check up check electrical low and high ok check filter split ok, check outdoor unit r22 pressures contactor and capacitor ok sub cooling and super heat ok cycle unit ok
Found carrier ac slightly low on charge added 1 lb 10 oz of r 410a. Now have a subcooling of 14.6 unit called for 14 system has a slight leak. System is an 03. Told homeowner they need to start thinking about replacing, they are going to wait at this point. Also performed precision ac tune up on carrier ac. Replaced 20x22x1 air filter. Blew out condensate drain and cleaned pump. Checked all electrical conections and components.checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units.
Performed ac check up, check electrical low and high ok found blower cap reading 6 rated at 7.5 filter ok flushed drain noticed ac drain slope is not away from coil, primary pan is full of water, causing high humidity and potential for mold, recommend repairing drain line, by installing an ez trap, check outdoor unit 410 pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok quoted to replace drain trap and correct problem with slope, customer ok with price customer does not want blower cap replace
Performed precision ac tune up on lennox ac. Found clean 16x25x1 air filter. Also found that thermostat switch on older Aprilaire thermostat is going bad and no always switching correctly, recommended replacing with Honeywell t4 programable thermostat. Homeowner is going to let husband know about issue. Also found mouse nest in outdoor unit cleared out and found no wires chewed at this time but could happen in the future. Checked all other electrical components and connections. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. System is working fine at time of service.
Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Second Floor Lennox Heat Pump System. Replaced 14x24x1 Air Filter, Cleaned EZ Trap on Drain Line. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge and found System was low on Refrigerant. Subcooling was at 3 Degrees and Superheat was at 66 Degrees. Added 3 lbs of 410-A Refrigerant to System. After adding Refrigerant found Subcooling increased to 11 Degrees and the High Side Pressures increased. The Low Side Pressures did not change and Superheat remained around 60 Degrees. The TXV in the Air Handler is restricted and not allowing the Refrigerant to flow properly. Need to replace TXV and retest System. System may need additional Refrigerant after the TXV has been replaced. No Dye was added to the system at this time due to issue with the TXV. Do not recommend operating system until repair can be performed.
No ac found indoor blower comes on but no outdoor unit, found open capacitor 60x10 quoted for repairs, once new Calais in we would check pressures and electrical amp draw on motor and compressor customer will pay repairs and then he would get reimburse from warranty company also during same visit check r22 pressures 230/80 inside temp is 78 outdoor temp is 79
Performed ac check up, check electrical low and high, replace filter, flushed drain ok, check split only getting 12, check outdoor unit r22, unit is low on r22, also super boost overheating, and contactor making noise, quoted for repairs and also to add r22 would not recommend doing repairs, system to be upgrade chuck to come out to price complete system
Performed ac inspection check electrical low and high ok flushed trap and test pump ok check split ok turned off humidifier, replace filter, check outdoor unit r22 pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok need to return to install UV bulb Replace uv bulb 16 in length uv-16R
Performed Six Month Inspection on American Standard Gas Furnace/AC system. Replaced the High Efficiency 413 Air Filter which was dirty. Inspected Wiring on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Reviewed Programming on Furnace Control Board. Checked Condensation Pump and EZ Trap to ensure they were clear. Tested Safety Switch on EZ Trap. Put system in Air Conditioning Mode and measured Refrigerant Charge on Unit. System is operating to standards. Recommend using the “Circulate†feature on the Thermostat for the Fan. This will intermittently turn the Blower Fan on/off in between Heating/Cooling Cycles. This can help circulate air through the house which can help improve the overall Comfort within the home.
Drain Water Heater below Relief Valve. Remove the old Valve and install a new Hot Water Heater Relief Valve. Refill Water Heater and test. Installed new relief balve on water heater, quoted for new water heater thermal expansion tank will be included with new replacement
