Tech Paul, Arrived promptly, and was very knowledgeable. After a through inspection, trying to find the issue, he determined all my system needed was a good cleaning. I was so impressed with the amount of time he took that I signed a maintenance contract. Lastly, I should add I’m a new customer!
Luis came out and went beyond the minimum and did additional insulation and and reconfigurations of essential elements of the system. Thank You.
They did a great job troubleshooting for possible future problems
Routine check but all went well, as expected.
Great job. Personable and enthused professional.
Return visit to cleared intake pipe and replace blower 40 cap
Reclaimed old refrigerate and unit. Installed new American standard gas furnace in same location. Installed new American standard coil on top. Adapted all duct work as needed. Taped and sealed all duct, adapted to gas lines adapted to pvc flue. Ran new copper lines and installed ac unit onto new wall brackets and pad. Installed a new disconnect box and electrical wiring to unit. Tested unit in all modes. Installed an ez trap and wired it into unit. Installed a new electrical box and outlet.
Performed gas heat tune up check electrical Low and high ok filter ok cleaned sensor and check burners ok noticed unit keeps going off there is a restriction ok intake informed customer about about situation, tried to cleared blockage, would recommend coming back to blow intake line to make sure nothing is left behind, also found blower cap reading below rating emailed proposal for recommendations
Checked no cooling complaint on second floor air conditioner, found no blower, checked furnace, found furnace control board with no heart beat checked for power ok, checked 24 volts ok, checked fuse ok. Furnace control board has failed. Installed a Trane board until we can get correct board. Started air conditioner, breaker tripped as soon as contactor closed. Checked for shorts and grounds, found grounded compressor. Checked capacitor found open. Also the disconnect is damaged. Need to replace furnace control board and air conditioner.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok replace filter, check temp split ok, test pump and flushed drain ok outdoor unit refrigerant pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok
Removed existing air handler and installed a new Unico air handler in the attic. A new auxiliary pan was installed as well. Wired in new air handler to a new disconnect in attic. Wired in low voltage wire, wet switch and EZ trap to break 24v thermostat circuit. Modified as needed and connected existing supply and return. Sealed all duct connections. Connected EZ trap to existing condensate drain. Due to line set being a flexible line set and leaks found had to run a new line set from the outdoor unit up exterior wall covered in line hide and to indoor air handler. Brazed all line set connections using nitrogen purge. Removed existing outdoor unit and pad and installed a new Amanda outdoor unit and pad at existing location. Installed a new disconnect and wired in outdoor unit. Pressure tested system and pulled to a vacuum of 350 microns. Opened up ports and tested system using subcool method. System running great at completion of job.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high, check blower motor and cap ok, check temp split, filter is new, test pump ok ran ac outdoor and check refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok during visit noticed water heater is from 2005 and expansion tank has failed full of water informed customer about situation and emailed proposal for repairs
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok air filter ok flushed drain test pump ok, heck temp split supply air 49 return air 71, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok outdoor coil need cleaning, tried to washed coil but water connection was not working properly showed customer how to clean coil, customer will talk to husband so he can do it,
Removed old broken fan blade and replaced. Had to also reverse old motor to spin the correct way for the new fan blade. After getting r-22 system running. Checked refrigerant pressures they were 355/75 very high for r-22. Fins are smashed at outdoor coil. System is cooling for now.
No ac found system off upon arrival, told customer to start the ac and found outdoor unit making loud noise, found defective fan blade, also shaft of motor seem to be defective running unbalanced, explained to customer without fan can’t check refrigerant pressures, could be low on refrigerant but without fan there is no way to check refrigerant pressures quoted for new motor and blade
Performed cooling maintenance, checked air filter. Cleaned condensate drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values ok. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge and temperature drop across coil.
Performed cooling maintenance replaced air filter. Cleaned condensate trap and pump. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values ok. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge and temperature drop across coil.
Performed ac ATTIC tune up check electrical low and high ok flushed drain noticed pan hold lot of water and pan is not pitched correctly so lot of water get collected then starts draining, this is due to condition on pan, also noticed has no safety for water protection, replaced filter, check temps split ok, blower cap is reading low, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures ok capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok over at air ha Oder there is a 5 kw electric heat strip, but customer has an oil boiler at the basement emailed proposal for recommendations
Performed cooling maintenance, replaced standard air filter. Cleaned condensate drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values ok. Started air conditioner, checked refrigerant charge and temperature drop across coil.
Performed leak search, could not find any noticeable leaks, check evaporator coil, condenser coil, flare connections no sign of leaks, added dye into system, system need to be running for at leas 3 month or until units needs more refrigerant, customer will call office to schedule a return visit to find leak, no charge when returning to find leak
