Arrived to find system short cycling for high pressure switch opening during operation. Went ahead and checked combustion and gas pressures. Checked condensate drain from collector box and found melted plastic pellets for the secondary heat exchanger, took inducer motor off and inspected collector box and found rust and melted plastic from secondary inside. Also found the inducer to be over amping, rated for .97a running at 1.0a.
