I arrived to perform a non-member tuneup on a furnace. After speaking with the customer found out that they have three furnaces in the home. All three furnaces were located and I did my tuneup on all three. The east furnace is in good operating condition the attic furnace needs a capacitor it is 3.1 out of 5 µF the garage furnace is in condition. I checked all amp draws voltages all blower wheels are clean gas pressures are within spec only one capacitor out of the three furnaces and that is out of spec resurfaced all flame sensors all igniters are within spec as well. The customer has declined the capacitor replacement and she will give us a call when she figures out if her warranty company will cover the capacitor and have us perform the work. The customer also declined all three memberships due to the fact that they are selling the home.
