I arrived for a new customer no heat call. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the furnace will not hold a pilot light. I inspected the system and found the gas pressures supplying the pilot light to be barely moving any gas at all. I recommended to replace the gas valve and pilot hot assembly to get the system running. The homeowner wanted to look into financing on their own. I sent the email containing the financing options and explained all financing to the homeowner.
