Ray F. 6/23/2022. Arrived to silver club member ac tune up and customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked how the air conditioner has been working. He stated the system was working great and showed me where the equipment and thermostat were located. I turned the temperature down at the thermostat and proceeded to start inspecting the furnace and evaporator coil. Evaporator coil is clean, as is the blower motor, wheel and housing. Condensate drain line is clear and float switch is working properly. Air filter is clean. Furnace operations normal. Wiring in good condition. Supply and return temps are 56 and 76 degrees. Inspected condenser operations. Contactor and dual run capacitor are ok. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Disconnect and wiring in good condition. Refrigerant levels are normal. Cleaned condenser coils. System working properly at this time. Thank you for your business.
