Ray F. 7/6/22 Arrived to dispatched warranty call and the tenant met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what air conditioner issues she was having. She stated that the air conditioner rarely shuts off and the temperature rises in the heat of the day. She then put her dog up so I could service the air conditioner in the back yard. Inspected condenser and found the coils clogged and very dirty, with dog urine in some areas, restricting airflow. Disassembled condenser and cleaned coils. Put back together and inspected system operations. Found refrigerant levels normal. Contactor and capacitor ok. Wiring and disconnect in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Inspected ductwork and attic insulation. Attic insulation very thin in some areas. Recommend additional insulation to be blown in. Ductwork is strapped and in decent condition. Evaporator coil is clean and free of obstruction. Blower motor, wheel and housing are clean with no obs
