Ray F. 7/11/22. Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what air conditioner issues he was having today. He informed me that the condenser fan motor will not start and the compressor he can hear trying to start. We went to the air conditioner together and checked the capacitor. The capacitor is a 45/5 reading 0/0. Quoted customer pricing to replace capacitor and he declined. He stated he will replace it himself. I informed him that the diagnostic fee is good for 30 days. Unable to check the system operations until it is working. Customer states he will call us back if he has any problems.
