I came out for a no cool, on the primary system. I checked the system over and found the condenser not running. The dual capacitor was extremely low. I also found the contactor pretty burned and pitted. I went over options and they decided on installing the deluxe compressor saver kit. I installed a new dual capacitor, single pole contactor and a hard start kit. I washed the condenser coil and cycled the AC. I checked all operations and charge. All working well.
