Performed preventative maintenance on 2 AC systems. Discussed with customer about maintenance being provided, filters, and any issues with systems. Customer takes care of the filters and just needed the systems checked. Started with the inspection of equipment in attic area. Checked blower assemblies, motors, electrical components, evaporator coils and drains. We replaced the west unit in 2019 and the other unit on the east side of the home is original to the home from 1999. The older systems evaporator coil is rusted out, and in questionable condition. Didn’t see any visible leaks at this time. Went outside to check and clean ac units. Customer was having a plumber come out to check out a water line and doesn’t have good pressure to clean the systems. Customer said he would take care of it. Inspected condenser coils, compressors, fan motors, contactors, capacitors and overall condition of both systems. Cycled units on from thermostat to check operation, amps, temperatures and pressure
