Came out to call. Customer stated that the unit sounded like it was trying to come on, but wouldn’t blow air. I checked system over and found the thermostat calling for the heater, and would ignite, but the blower wouldn’t kick on. The relay on the board was kicking on and of. The relay is bad. Control board was replaced by us in June of this year. Seeing it failed within a year, I told customer that we would warranty it for her. I picked up a new board and wired it in. Double checked all the wiring and controls. Cycled heating and cooling function. System is operational and heating properly.
