On May 18, 2021 I arrive to a Blue Shield customer for a spring tuneup upon getting out of the vehicle the condenser started up was really really loud made a loud bang sound I talk to the customer about it recommended a hard start kit customer so let’s try it out see how it goes put it on everything‘s working good on that aspect I checked all components on the furnace did amp draws I also made adjustments to the airflow to allow more air to get back to the master bedroom we’ve been out here previously made some slight adjustments to get air to another room so I readjusted to balanceEverything back out I then went to the condenser and checked all the components capacitor is absolute perfect contactor looks really good and it draws look good after Hard start kit was installed I demonstrated what it does by having a customer watch the lights that he knows dim down when the compressor kicks on and when I put the disconnect in lights did not damn customers happy condenser is quieter e
