I arrived for a new customer no cool call. I spoke with the homeowner and found the system will run but not cool. I inspect the indoor and outdoor system with the homeowner and we found the condenser to be completely stopped up and the capacity to be non readable. I suggested to clear the condenser a d replace the capacitor to see how the system will run after the cleaning and repair. We decided to clear the system and repair the capacitor. Once the system was back together I cycled the system on and Che all amp draws and refrigerant charge and found it to the condensers fan motors to be run at 1.20 amps and it is not raited to run more than 1.26 amps. I recommend to replace the motor. I also found the system to be running at 44.5 deg superheat and the systems calls for 27 deg superheat. I suggested to preform a leak search and to off the systems refrigerant at this time. We decided to let the system run and see how it will cool for now.
