Jesse 9/20/22 arrived at job found unit is frozen up nothing I can do until thawed unplugged disconnect so it can’t run left the blower motor running so it will help thaw coil. Jesse 9/21/22 arrived at job found unit low on r-22 two lbs added and then checked fan and filter customer changed filter and will clean her own condenser that I recommended her to do the condenser is not blocked with Cotten wood but there is dirt on it she says she cleans with water hose regular the system is working at this time.
