Blue club heating maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 04/12/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform full the customer’s annual AC maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me and said that everything was working well. She didn’t have any concerns for me and said that they had recently had the hot water tank flushed after having an issue with their water softener. I washed out the condenser, then checked the blower and evaporator coil. The blower and evaporator coil were both in good shape and the drain pan was clear. I then went and checked the condenser, which was in good shape, and the refrigerant charge was good. The customer had recently changed the filters, so I just left a new set and talked about surge protectors with her. She said that she would have to talk it over with her husband. The system is operating correctly at this time.
