Blue club shield AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R. 04/25/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual AC maintenance. The customer said that the system was working well and didn’t have any questions or concerns. The customer did want me to flush the hot water tank. I washed out the condenser then flush out the condenser. I then checked the furnace in evaporator coil. Both of them were in good shape. I’ve been checked the condenser, which was also in good shape and running well. The system is 14 years old and I made the customer aware of this. The customer said that she’ll probably wait till the system fails to have it replaced. The customer wanted to let me put out a yard sign, but couldn’t do to his HOA
