Jake K. I arrived for a system replacement opportunity. I spoke with the homeowner and he showed me the system and what he was experiencing with the old system. We also inspected the horizontal left air handler in the attic and the duct work. He showed me the duct work he had removed from the system and that he will not want that duct work re added back to the new system. We discussed the new system and agreed n one system bid for the equipment. We then addressed the duct work and found it to be undersized for the exsisting system. I explained why and how the ductwork works and how important it is to address the duct work with a system. We bid to add one return duct cut in and increase two ducts on to of the three 14X24 return grills. We also bid to replace all the supply duct work and use the old boots and grills.
